
Full-Service Property Management Without the Hassle
1. We do everything outlined in Tenant Placement Services as well as manage the property throughout the full term of the lease.
2. Act as the facilitator for the owner and account for the collection of all rents and accounting functions on a monthly basis.
3. Pay all invoices for any necessary repairs and HOA accounts.
4. Maintain the security deposit in a separate account.
5. Disburse owners’ portion of rents with an owner’s statement monthly.
6. Receive all service requests from the tenants and coordinate all repairs, through our trusted business partners.
7. Facilitate walk-through during lease renewal or expiration.
8. Coordinate any proactive service work, such as HVAC, pest control and cleaning services to maintain investment value.
9. Upon tenant move out disburse security deposit refund after damage fees are deducted if necessary.
10. Prepare home for new tenant if necessary.
11. HWOTH can also manage full scale renovations on its inventory, or in order to accept a new property.
